The organisation

Terrence Higgins Trust  was set up in 1982 following the death of its namesake Terry Higgins, who was one of the very first people to die of an AIDS-related illness in the UK. As an organisation we are always aiming to ensure we are always meeting the needs of people affected by HIV and poor sexual health.

This role is key to the delivery of targeted services for People Living with HIV (PLWHIV) in Luton. The post-holder will deliver advice, information and support services to PLWHIV as well as support the delivery of an HIV prevention service targeted at vulnerable communities and high risk groups. The ability to work with varied communities to deliver a high-quality service is essential.

Other key duties include HIV Point of Care Testing, training for professionals and digital health promotion.
